"Is the consultation really free, or is it a sales call?"
It is genuinely free and genuinely a consultation. We ask about your book, your goals, and your stage. We give you an honest assessment and a specific recommendation. There is no minimum spend and no pressure. If we're not the right fit for your project, we'll tell you that.

"Will you tell me my book needs $15,000 of services?"
We only recommend services your book actually needs at its current stage. Many authors come to us needing just one or two things. We would rather give you an honest, targeted recommendation than a comprehensive package you don't need.

No. We work with authors at every stage, from "I have an idea but haven't started yet" through to "I have a published book and need better marketing." Tell us where you are, and we advise accordingly.

Yes, absolutely. Many authors come to us needing only a cover design, or only formatting, or only a proofreading pass before they publish. We never push additional services on authors who have a specific, targeted need. We quote for what you ask for.
We hear this regularly. The short answer: we charge service fees and take zero percent of your royalties, ever. Your ISBN is registered in your name. You own every file we produce. There are no long-term contracts. We'd rather you read our About Us page in full before you decide.
